We understand that circumstances can change. However, because custom-sized dresses are made to your unique measurements and cannot be resold, all orders with custom sizing are final and non-returnable for any reason.

Once your order has been refunded by us your card company will take an average of 7-15 business days to apply the credit back onto your payment card. If you do not see that credit after this time, please contact your card company for further information.
Absolutely! We provide tracking numbers for all order items once they have shipped.
You can find your order number in the following places:
Order Confirmation Page: Immediately after placing your order, your order number will be displayed on the confirmation page.
Confirmation Email: An order confirmation email containing your order number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
Your DressDreamy Account: If you have an account with us and placed your order while logged in, you can view all your orders and their numbers by logging into your account here.
Dress Dreamy operates exclusively online. This allows us to serve customers worldwide, but it also means we do not have public retail stores or showrooms where you can try on items before purchasing.
Our office and warehouse facilities are not open to the public for visits, fittings, or order pickups.
